How can we help?

A lot of the people in Cascais have moved here from somewhere else leaving behind their loved ones, friends and life as they knew it. It can be overwhelming to move to a new place, so here are a few resources that we hope can help you feel supported, more at home, and get you integrated into the community with ease.

The IWP (International Women of Portugal) is a fantastic group to get you started.
For a small yearly membership fee you have access to many events, meetups, talks, walks, hikes and a truly lovely group of women. To start, join the IWP coffee morning at the Mercado on Tuesdays at 10:30am
